With a passion for all things food (earning a bachelor's degree in dietetics and two master's degrees in food studies and health education), Christine learned early on food was much more than nutrition and sustenance. Food is fundamental in the way in which we express ourselves and is a reflection of the culture from which we come. 

While working as a personal chef (for over 15 years) and catering events, she dreamed of bringing an old toffee recipe to market. With a love of cooking and food presentation, she teamed up with Zhila - her business partner and fellow "foodie" - and thus, 3 Blooms Toffee was born.
